Art by Celena: Oil Pastels on the Lawn

Join us for a night making, expressing, and laughing with oil pastels on the lawn. Celena Dionne will guide us through our practice using the R.A.I.N. (recognize, allow, investigate, and nurture) mindfulness practice – using creative expression to facilitate emotional processing and healing.
